Teleprompter Duo is developed by LION ADV INC. This policy explains how the app and this website handle information.

Scripts, audio, and recordings.

The app stores your script library and takes locally. The developer does not receive your scripts, microphone audio, or recorded video through the app. Supported voice following and caption transcription run on device; unsupported recognition does not fall back to uploading audio.

Permissions you control.

Camera and microphone access enable video recording. Speech recognition enables supported speech features. Add-only Photos permission is used when you choose Save to Photos. The app does not request access to read your photo library. Files access and sharing use system interfaces. You can change permissions in iPhone Settings.

Exports and sharing.

When you save to Photos or Files, or share through another app, your content goes to the destination you select. That destination, any enabled device backup or syncing, and other apps are governed by their own privacy settings and policies.

Purchases.

Apple processes App Store purchases. The app uses StoreKit to verify and restore subscription entitlements. The developer does not receive your payment card information through the app.

Optional Apple Account and script sync (build 27 and later).

You can use the app without signing in. If you choose Sign in with Apple, the app requests no name or email address. It keeps Apple's app-specific identifier and its iCloud account association securely on your device to manage optional sync. Scripts, folders, and reading settings are stored in your private Apple CloudKit database. They count toward your iCloud storage. Lion Adv does not receive or have developer-portal access to this private database. Original videos, microphone audio, and subscription allowance are not uploaded by script sync.

Sync runs while the app is open and online. Use the same Apple Account and iCloud account on each device. Signing out stops sync on that device. In Settings → Apple Account & Sync → Delete App Sync Account, you can permanently remove the app's private cloud script library and its local sign-in association. Other devices stop syncing when they reconnect. Local script copies, take snapshots, original recordings, exports, and device backups remain under your control and can be deleted separately. Deletion does not delete your Apple Account or cancel a subscription.

The app has no authentication-token server. After app sync account deletion, remove any remaining Apple sign-in authorization in iPhone Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple → Teleprompter Duo, or through your Apple Account settings. Cloud data deletion does not depend on taking that extra step.

Accounts, ads, and tracking.

The app does not require an account and contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. This website does not add advertising cookies, visitor analytics scripts, or a marketing signup database.

Website hosting.

The hosting provider processes technical connection information needed to serve and secure this website, such as network request information. Private preview access may use the hosting platform’s sign-in and session features. This is separate from the app’s local script and recording storage.

Keeping and deleting content.

You control your local script and take library. Items in the app’s trash remain until you permanently delete them. Uninstalling the app can remove its local data; exported copies and device backups must be managed separately.

Changes and questions.

We update this page when app data practices change. For help, privacy questions, or requests concerning information you send to support, email support@teleprompterduo.com. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message to address your request. This is separate from the app’s local content storage.
